Mountain Climbing ~ High Angle/Heavy Rescue ~ Logging

 These are the vocations I bring to the tree service business I started with my wife, Bobbi, two years ago. I first climbed in the logging woods in 1979 near Mt. Hood, Oregon. I cut timber for Hanel Lumber Company in the 1980s. My family and I moved to Washington State in 1988, and I worked a 10 year stint for the Seattle Fire Department, part of which was spent assigned to the High Angle/Heavy Rescue team. I took climbing classes with the Mazama's, and have made the summit of volcanoes in two states. It was natural to offer these experiences as a service in this small business.

 Bobbi and I have a business plan of providing danger tree removals and other tree service work at affordable prices.

 We don't carry the overhead of the large tree service companies and specialize in the removal of problem trees that pose a danger to structures or other assets on the ground below. We often do work on second homes and can e-mail photos to you showing the completion of work. This can save you, the owner, a trip out to see the work in person. Many of the customers in our testimonials have taken advantage of this personal service.
